Student Council and Safety Patrol is made up of fifth grade students who are nominated by their 4th grade and 5th grade teachers.
The student:
Is a leader and a role model for his/her class and the Bill Arp student body.

Is courteous and polite at all times.

Interacts actively with other students and teachers in a positive manner.

Is able to arrive at school no later than 7:30 AM daily.

Maintains good grades.

Observes all class and Bill Arp rules.

Is committed to the spirit of patriotism at Bill Arp.

Able to stay after school for Student Council/ Safety Patrol meetings the 1st Wednesday of every month until 4:00.
