This is my nineteenth year in Douglas County and my fourteenth year at Bill Arp Elementary!  I have taught third grade for two years, ten years in ESOL for grades K through 8, and this is my seventh year in fourth grade.  I also have experience teaching adults both in a college setting and in community ESL education.
